How do I confirm my card was added successfully?

To confirm your debit card was successfully added, please follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Coinme application

  2. Sign into your valid Coinme account

  3. Tap the green ‘Transact’ button, and then tap ‘Buy’

4. Choose any Crypto Currency listed

5. Any debit cards linked to your account will be listed here

How do I confirm a digital purchase?

To confirm your card purchase was successful please follow the steps below:

  1. Open your Coinme application and sign in

  2. Once signed in, scroll down to the ‘Activity’ section to see your most recent transactions

Why was my purchase declined?

Your purchase may have declined for multiple reasons, we strongly encourage you to reach out to your bank or financial institution for further guidance on this matter. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Can I sell my Crypto Currency using Coinme?

We are actively developing this feature and plan on launching it soon.

How can I remove/update my debit card information?

Unfortunately, at this time there is no manual method to remove or update your debit card at this time. We are actively developing this feature and plan on launching it soon.

My card was removed after a declined transaction, what happened?

Your debit card will be automatically deleted if the first transaction fails or does not go through. You may re-add your card to your account at any time.

My prepaid debit card is not being accepted, why is that?

At this time we are only able to support some prepaid cards, if the system does not accept your card you will need to use a card that is not "prepaid" and linked to a "regular" bank such as a local credit union or major bank such as Capital One.
