NCR Pay360 has partnered with Coinme to enable customers to sell their cryptocurrency for cash and easily pick it up from the nearest NCR Pay360 ATM location.

Note:

Coinme is NOT associated with the "Buy Bitcoin" option on NCR Pay360 ATMs and is not responsible for any transaction made on the NCR Pay360 platform under that selection. Please reach out to NCR Pay360 if needed.

After logging into your account, this process is similar on both the Coinme mobile app and through your account on the web.

1. Select Transact

2. Select Sell

3. Select the Coin to Sell

4. Select the ATM option

5. Select the ATM location for cash pickup

6. Enter the amount you wish to Sell. Please note the Minimum and Maximum transaction limits

7. Acknowledge that the Sale is Final and Select Continue

8. You will be prompted to verify your phone number.

9. At this point you will be instructed to wait for your Cash Code!

Note: It can take up to 5 Minutes for your cash code to be generated.

10. Travel to the ATM location. Your Cash Code will show up in The Recent Activity of the cryptocurrency you just sold

11. Select the transaction to view the Cash Code and follow the Pick up Instructions provided

12. Once you are at the ATM you will select Cash Code NCR pay 360

Reminder: The Buy Bitcoin option on NCR Pay360 ATM's is NOT affiliated with Coinme, and we are not able to assist with these transactions on the NCR Pay360 platform.

13. You will be prompted to enter your Account Number which is your phone number and your Cash Code

14. The ATM will provide you with your Cash and your transaction will be Complete!
