How to request a reimbursement
Submit a Ticket
To initiate the reimbursement process, you must complete a Reimbursement Form ticket.

A window will open in the bottom right of the screen β select Create ticket
Complete all the fields shown in the form
Once submitted with all requested information, your ticket will be reviewed by a Reimbursement Specialist.
Next Steps
1. If any further information is needed, the Reimbursement Specialist will reach out to you directly. Once all requested information has been provided and verified, you will receive an email confirmation.
2. Your reimbursement check for the approved amount will be processed and delivered to your U.S. verified address within 10 business days after all documentation is submitted and approved.
Note: Customers may be provided with a tracking number once the check has been issued, when that information is available.
How to request delivery to a different address
If the address you'd like to use for reimbursement is different from the one registered on your account, you will need to provide proof of that address.
To verify your address, we require an image of U.S. mail (such as a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence) that clearly shows your name, address, and date within the last 30 days, where you'd like your reimbursement sent.
Reimbursement of Unredeemed Coinstar Vouchers
If you are requesting reimbursement for unredeemed Coinstar vouchers, you must also complete an ownership verification.
This verification confirms that you are in physical possession of the voucher(s) and requires:
A selfie of yourself holding your unredeemed voucher(s)
If you no longer possess the physical voucher(s), please notify us as soon as possible and we will guide you through additional verification steps to confirm proof of purchase.
This may include:
The amount of the purchase
The date and time of purchase,
The location (city, state, store location)
Your phone number
Any other relevant qualifying information
A specialist will verify the information submitted and may follow up to the email address associated with your account if additional details are needed.
Note: If images do not meet the requirements, the reimbursement will be rejected.
Images requirements
Images we DO accept:
A photo of your identification document on its own, clearly visible
A photo of you holding your identification document, clearly visible
A photo of you holding your receipt, clearly visible β or a photo of your voucher together with your identification in the same image
For address verification: an image of a physical U.S. mail document (such as a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence) showing your name, address, and a date within the last 30 days β screenshots are not accepted
Accepted forms of identification
State-issued ID (valid, non-expired)
U.S. Passport or foreign passport
Limited-term identification card, provided it is submitted alongside a second form of ID (such as a passport or foreign passport)
Images we do NOT accept:
Photocopies or scanned images
Edited, altered, or doctored images
Military IDs
Occupational IDs
Expired IDs
Temporary IDs (unless accompanied by a valid secondary ID)
For address verification: solicitation mail (including anything addressed to "or current resident"), hand-written addresses, or screenshots
Notice regarding Assumption of Risk
When processing your Reimbursement request it is important to keep in mind the Assumption of Risk agreed to when purchasing cryptocurrency tokens.
Token values are highly volatile and any Token may lose some or all of its value due to market volatility, lack of demand, market manipulation, and government regulation.
When purchasing tokens you assume full responsibility and agree that Coinme will not have any responsibility or liability for any losses, damages, or other harm you may incur in connection with any or all such risks.
