Next Steps:

1. If any further information is needed, the Reimbursement Specialist will be in contact to request this from you. Once all the information requested has been provided and verified by our Reimbursement Specialist, you will receive an email confirmation.

2. A reimbursement check for the approved amount will be issued and delivered to your state-issued ID mailing address within 10-15 business days after all documentation is submitted and approved.

Note: Checks are mailed in bulk on a weekly basis. Shipping information will be shared once checks are shipped

Request delivery to a different Address

If the address you are requesting to use is different you will need to provide proof to verify the address you are requesting to send reimbursement to.

To verify your address we require a picture of a physical utility bill, lease, or bank statement with your current address and your name.

Reimbursement of Unredeemed Coinstar Vouchers

If you require reimbursement for any unredeemed Coinstar vouchers, you must also complete an ownership verification.

This verification is for your protection to confirm that you are in physical possession of the voucher(s) and requires a:

  • Selfie of yourself holding your unredeemed voucher(s)

If you no longer possess the physical voucher(s), please notify us at your earliest convenience and we will guide you through additional verification steps to confirm your proof of purchase.

These may include details such as:

  • The time and date of purchase,

  • The location (City, State, Store Location)

  • Your phone number

  • Any other relevant qualifying information

The customer support agent will verify the image and information submitted and proceed to the next steps in the process.

A specialist will verify the image submitted and issue reimbursement questions to the e-mail address associated with your account if we require more information to verify the purchase.

Note: If images do not meet the requirements, the reimbursement will be rejected.
