Next Steps:
1. If any further information is needed, the Reimbursement Specialist will be in contact to request this from you. Once all the information requested has been provided and verified by our Reimbursement Specialist, you will receive an email confirmation.
Important: Reimbursement amounts are based on the current value of the cryptocurrency. This is determined by our specialty department at the time of processing.
2. A reimbursement check for the approved amount will be issued and delivered to your state-issued ID mailing address within ten business days.
Note: A tracking number can be provided at customer request once the check has been issued.
Request To a Different Address
If the address you are requesting to use is different you will need to provide proof to verify the address you are requesting to send reimbursement to.
To verify your address we require an image of certified mail with your name and the address that is being requested to be used for reimbursement.
Coinstar Voucher Ownership Verification
If you require reimbursement for unused Coinstar vouchers, you must provide a Selfie photo of yourself holding your unredeemed voucher(s). Additional information may be required.
If you no longer possess the physical voucher(s), please notify us at your earliest convenience. We will then guide you through additional verification steps to confirm your proof of purchase. These may include details such as: the time and date of purchase, the location (City, State, Store Location), the phone number used at the time of purchase, and any other relevant qualifying information.
A specialist will verify the image submitted and issue reimbursement questions to the e-mail address associated with your account if we require more information to verify the purchase.
To verify ownership we require specific documentation. Please use this article as a resource to get the correct images to us to ensure speedy processing.
Note: If images do not meet the requirements, the reimbursement will be rejected.
Images we do not accept:

If not, please include a photo of your mailing address from a verifiable source (such as a utility bill, invoice, etc.).
Please note that solicitation mailings and hand-written addresses are not accepted.
If you require reimbursement for any unused Coinstar vouchers, you must also complete an ownership verification.
This verification is for your protection to confirm that you are in physical possession of the voucher(s) and requires a:
