How to Login to Your Coinme Account

Login to your Coinme account securely by following these steps.

Note: Please remember that outside of the official login page, Coinme will never ask for your password. Always keep your password safe to protect your account.

Logging in with the Coinme app

Step 1. Navigate to the Coinme app
Please select the Coinme app on your smart device.
Note: Coinme offers the official Coinme app on Android and iOS.

Step 2. Initiate Login
Please select the Sign in button on the bottom of the screen to start the login process.

I'm logging in with my Phone Number

Step 4. Enter your Phone Number

Please enter your registered phone number, including the country code, in the provided field. Then select the Continue button.

Step 5. Enter Verification Code

Please enter the six-digit verification code that you received on your phone into the provided input fields and select the Continue button.

Note: The verification code is time-sensitive, please enter it promptly. If you experience an issue entering your verification please select the Resend code option beneath the Continue button.

Step 6. Set Up MFA Method

Select your preferred method for multi-factor authentication (MFA). You can choose between using an authenticator app or receiving a code via email.

Note: Authenticator apps provide a more secure login process.

Step 7. Select Authenticator app

Choose the Authenticator app option for verification.

Note: Please reference the Logging In on Web using your Personal Computer walkthrough below if you would like to setup the authenticator by scanning the QR code from your PC.

Step 8. Enter your MFA Verification Code

Retrieve the six-digit verification code from your preferred authenticator app and enter it into the provided fields on the Coinme login page, then select the Verify button to complete the login process.

Note: If you'd like to use your email instead, select Authenticate another way under the Verify button

Step 9. Access Coinme Account

Once the verification is successful, you will be redirected to your Coinme account dashboard.

Note: If the login fails, double-check the verification code and try again.

Step 10. That's it!

You're now signed in, congratulations!

Email Verification

Step 7. Select Email Verification

Choose the Send an Email with code option for verification.

Note: Ensure you have access to the email address associated with your Coinme account.

Step 8. Enter Email Verification Code

Retrieve the six-digit verification code from your email inbox and enter it into the provided fields on the Coinme login page, then select the Verify button to complete the login process.

Note: Check your spam or junk folder if you don't see the email in your inbox.

Step 9. Access Coinme Account

Once the verification is successful, you will be redirected to your Coinme account dashboard.

Note: You will need an authenticator app on your smart device, like Google Authenticator or Authy.

Step 7. Enter your MFA Verification Code

Retrieve the six-digit verification code from your preferred authenticator app and enter it into the provided fields on the Coinme login page, then select the Verify button to complete the login process.

Sign In

Step 1. Navigate to the Coinme Login Page
You can get to the Coinme login page by entering account.coinme.com/login in your web browser.

Step 2. Initiate Login
Please select the Login button on the left side of the screen to start the login process.

Please enter your registered email address or your registered phone number, including the country code, in the provided field. Then click open the instructions for the sign-in experience you've initiated below.

Step 8. Enter SMS Verification Code

Troubleshooting Login Issues
