How to whitelist Coinme email addresses

Never miss important account updates by adding Coinme to your safe sender list

Updated over a week ago

We know how frustrating it is when you're waiting for an important email β€” like a verification code or transaction confirmation β€” and it never arrives. Sometimes our emails can end up in your spam folder or get blocked entirely. The good news? You can easily fix this by whitelisting (or adding to your safe sender list) Coinme's email addresses.

This article will show you exactly how to make sure you receive all emails from Coinme, with step-by-step instructions for Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo.

Why you might not be receiving emails from Coinme

If you're not receiving emails from Coinme, they're likely being filtered into your spam or junk folder. Email providers use automated filters to protect you from unwanted messages, but sometimes legitimate emails get caught by mistake. Whitelisting our email addresses tells your email provider that messages from Coinme are safe and should always be delivered to your inbox.
