Logging in to your Coinme account is quick and secure. This article covers the login process for both the Coinme web app and the Coinme mobile app.

Step 1: Open the Coinme app
Tap the Sign in button on the screen.
Step 2: Enter your credentials
Enter your email address or phone number and password, then tap Sign in.
Other sign-in options: You can also sign in using a passkey or your Apple account using the buttons at the bottom of the screen. See Signing in with a passkey or Apple account below.

Before you begin: You must have previously set up a passkey or your mobile device to use this sign-in method.
Step 1: Open the Coinme app and tap Sign in with passkey
On the sign-in screen, tap the Sign in with passkey button.
Step 2: Confirm your identity
Your device will prompt you to authenticate using your saved passkey — typically your device's biometric authentication or PIN.
Don't see your passkey? Tap More Options on the prompt to choose an alternative method, such as scanning a QR code or using a security key.
Then proceed to step 3 "Complete multi-factor authentication (MFA)".
Signing in with Apple

Before you begin: Make sure that the email addresses associated with your Coinme and Apple accounts are the same, as this is a requirement for using this sign-in method.
Step 1: Open the Coinme app and tap Apple
On the sign-in screen, scroll down and tap the Apple button.
Step 2: Confirm your Apple account
Your device will display a Sign in with Apple prompt. Select your Apple account, then tap Sign In.
Then proceed to step 3 "Complete multi-factor authentication (MFA)".
Step 3: Complete multi-factor authentication (MFA)
Choose one of the available MFA methods to verify your identity:
Method | Description |
Send an Email with code | A six-digit code is sent to your registered email address |
SMS | A six-digit code is sent to your registered phone number |
Backup option: If you can't access your usual MFA method, select Use your backup code.
Step 4: Enter your verification code
Enter the six-digit code in the fields provided, then select Verify.
Didn't receive a code? Select Resend code to request a new one, or Authenticate another way to switch MFA methods.
Step 5: Access your account
Once verified, you'll be taken to your Coinme account dashboard.

Sign in to your Coinme account at account.coinme.com.
Step 1: Go to the Coinme login page
Select the Login button on the left side of the screen.
Step 2: Enter your credentials
On the Sign-in screen, enter your email address or phone number and password, then select Sign in.
Other sign-in options: You can also sign in using a passkey or your Google or Apple account using the buttons at the bottom of the screen.
Step 3: Complete multi-factor authentication (MFA)
Choose one of the available MFA methods to verify your identity:

Send an Email with a code | A six-digit code is sent to your registered email address |
Authenticator app | Use Google Authenticator, Authy, or a similar app |
Backup option: If you can't access your usual MFA method, select Use your backup code.
Step 4: Enter your verification code
Enter the six-digit code in the fields provided, then select Verify.

Step 5: Access your account
Once verified, you'll be taken to your Coinme account dashboard.
Troubleshooting login issues
Step 1: Verify your credentials
Make sure you're using the email address or phone number registered to your Coinme account.
Step 2: Check your internet connection
Ensure you have a stable connection before trying again.
Step 3: Clear your browser cache
If signing in on the web, clear your browser's cache and cookies, then try again.
Step 4: Check for your verification code

Step 5: Contact support
If you're still unable to log in, contact Coinme Customer Support for assistance.
