I can’t sign in to my Coinme account

Having trouble signing in to your Coinme account? There are a few common reasons why login attempts fail. Review the topics below to find your situation and get back into your account.

Your account is locked

If you see a locked out error message when trying to log in, your account has been placed under review. Visit: My account is locked.


Incorrect email or password

The most common cause of a failed login is entering incorrect credentials. Make sure you are using the email address or phone number associated with your Coinme account, and that your password is entered correctly. Typos and auto-fill errors can often be the culprit.

If you have entered your password incorrectly too many times, you will be prompted to reset it. You can do so on your own without contacting support. Visit: Password reset instructions.


Not receiving your MFA code

When signing in, Coinme may ask you to verify your identity with a two-factor authentication (2FA) code sent to your email address or phone number. If you are not receiving your code, it may have been blocked, filtered, or sent to your spam folder.

MFA codes expire after a short period. If your code has expired, request a new one before attempting to log in again.


Browser or device issues

If you are signing in via a web browser and experiencing issues, try clearing your cache and cookies, switching to a supported browser (Chrome or Safari recommended), or disabling any ad blockers or browser extensions.


You don't have a Coinme account yet

If you have never registered with Coinme, you will need to create an account before you can sign in. Visit: How to create a Coinme account.
