Creating an account
To buy, sell, send, and receive cryptocurrencies on Coinme, you'll need to create an account. Our services are currently only available in the U.S.
Account creation is only available through the Coinme mobile app for iOS and Android devices. Once your account is created, you can log in from either the mobile app or the Coinme website using the same credentials.
IMPORTANT: Do not create a new account if you have previously created an account.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it to regain access. Please see the article Password Reset Instructions.
If you forgot the email registered in your account, then you need to reach out to customer support.

We do not accept all VoIP carriers. If you need to verify if you can use your number, reach out to Customer Support.
Note: As a licensed money transmitter, Coinme is required to identify our customers at the time of purchase to prevent fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity from being involved with our service. To unlock the full potential of Coinme, ID verification is required.
