1. Submit Your Inquiry: Fill out the legal inquiry form below to submit your request.
2. Formal Request: Ensure you have a formal request, such as a subpoena or search warrant. Coinme Compliance must verify the legitimacy of the law enforcement agent before providing information.
3. Required Information: Depending on the case and with the appropriate documentation filed (subpoenas, warrants), our compliance team may provide transaction details, blockchain activity, ID and selfie images, and KYC information. For Law enforcement requests, a subpoena is REQUIRED for information release.
4. Submission Method: Typically, documents are provided via a secure "Box" link with a 14-day download window.
