What this means for you and your existing cash codes
ReadyCode is no longer available at Coinme. October 31, 2026 was the last day to create a new ReadyCode. If you already have a cash code, you can still pick up your cash at a ReadyCode location until your code expires. All remaining cash codes expire by November 30, 2026. Your Coinme account, your balance, and the Coinme app are not changing. Here's what you need to know.
What changed
Coinme no longer offers ReadyCode. You can't create a new ReadyCode in the Coinme app, and ReadyCode no longer appears as a selling option.
Important: Each cash code stays valid for 30 days from the day you created it. Because October 31, 2026 was the last day to create a code, all remaining cash codes expire by November 30, 2026.
If your code expires or you can't pick up your cash
If your cash code expires before you pick up your cash, or you can't pick it up, you can still receive your funds via check by completing a reimbursement form.

Other ways to buy and sell

Why is ReadyCode no longer available?
Coinme no longer offers ReadyCode. Coinme is updating the services offered at partner locations, and ReadyCode cash pickup is one of them. Your Coinme account and the Coinme app are not affected.
Do I need to do anything with my existing cash code?
Redeem your cash code at a ReadyCode location before the code expires. If your code expires or you can't pick up your cash, complete a reimbursement form to receive a check for the amount of your transaction.
What happens if my cash code expires before I redeem it?
Complete a reimbursement form, and Coinme will send you a check for the amount of your transaction. See Coinme reimbursement process for how to submit the form.
Can I still sell crypto for cash?
Not with Coinme. ReadyCode is no longer available, and all remaining cash codes expire by November 30, 2026. You can still sell crypto to your debit card in the Coinme app.
