When you add a Debit card to your Coinme account, you will need to verify your card with two micro-transactions from Coinme in order to be able to use it to buy and sell cryptocurrencies.
If you don't complete the verification process, the status of your card will remain as Created and you won't be able to use that card to transact in the Coinme app. After you have completed the verification process, the status of the card you added will change to Verified, meaning you can now use that card.
When removing a Debit card, please note that If you need to remove a verified card, you will need to contact customer support in order to remove your card. We do this in order to protect your account, funds, and personal information.

Please review the step-by-step instructions below to learn how to remove a debit card from your Coinme account.
Select Transact button located at the top-right side of the screen. After this, a slide-out modal will appear from the right side of your screen. In this slide-out modal you will find the different transaction options available to you in the Coinme app
In the slide-out modal select either Buy or Sell from the transaction options available. After you make a selection, you will see the Payment Method screen where you are able to select one of the two payment methods available (Pay with Cash and Pay with Debit or Prepaid Card). Under "Pay with Debit or Prepaid Card" you should be able to see all the cards linked to your Coinme account
Under "Pay with Debit or Prepaid Card" in the payment method screen, you will be able to select the card you need to remove as long as it displays the status of Created or Declined
Remember: You can only remove from your account a Debit card that has not been verified - The Debit card linked to your account should show the Created or Declined status underneath it in order for you to be able to remove it without having to contact customer support.
After you have selected the card you want to remove from your Coinme account, you will see the Card Details screen. Here you will need to select the Remove card option
Once you have selected the Remove Card option, you will see a confirmation modal that appears in the middle of the screen, asking you to confirm that you want to remove the selected card from your account. All you have to do is to select the "Yes, remove" button in order to remove the card. Once you have done this, you will no longer see this card linked to your Coinme account. If you change your mind, you can always select "Cancel" in order to abandon the removal process and leave the card linked to your account.
